About the Instructors

Prasad Peddamatham

  • Currently working as a Software Development Director at INFOR, Prasad has a Masters in Computer Science from Arizona State University, USA.
  • He is an avid Yoga practitioner of 22 years, teacher of Art of Living for past 13 years, and Level-2 Certified Yoga Instructor, Ayush, Govt of India.
  • His core focus areas are Yoga Asanas, Pranayamas and Meditation. His primary goal is to spread mental wellness and physical fitness through well established Yoga techniques.
