Class Structure

  • Tone your entire body – build strength, stamina, flexibility
  • Develop immunity
  • Learn right breathing for greater physical and mental well being
  • Enhance self-awareness and de-stress


  • Learn and practice a holistic yoga routine that includes, Pranayama, Warm-up, Asanas, Relaxing, and Meditation.
  • The Flow:

    • 'Om' chanting, settling down
    • Energizing Pranayama - Full Yogic breath / Kapaal bhaati / Bhastrika
    • Warm-up
    • The sequence of Asanas (10-20 counts each):

      • Surya Namaskara - 6 rounds
      • Standing Asanas - 3
      • Sitting Asanas -3
      • Plank and Downward dog holds
      • Asanas in prone - 3
      • Asanas on the sides - 3
      • Asanas in supine - 3
  • Rest and relax - Shavasana
  • Breathing exercise - Nadi Shuddhi / Brahmari / Nada Anusandhana
  • Meditation

About the Instructors

Samarth Dikshit

  • Samarth is an alumnus from BITS Pilani with a B.E.(Hons) in Computer Science and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Yoga from SVYASA University, Bangalore.
  • He is a Level 2 Yoga Wellness Instructor certified by The Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India.
  • Having completed 200H Teacher's training at Sri Sri School of Yoga, 300H Yoga instructors course at SVYASA and learnt Vipassana at Dhamma Salila, Dehradun he enjoys Yoga on a daily basis and would like to share it with people so they can experience for themselves what it has to offer.
